1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all trial and subscription payments made through the BravoKids mobile application ("App"). BravoKids is operated by Zentatva Tech Private Limited. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Subscription & Cancellation

Trial and Subscription Model

BravoKids may offer an introductory trial (e.g., ₹3 trial). By starting the trial, you authorize recurring subscription charges after the trial period ends unless cancelled before renewal.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your payment provider:

  • Google Play Store / Apple App Store (recommended)
  • Or by stopping the active auto-pay mandate used during signup

Important:

  • Cancellation must be done before the next billing date
  • Once cancelled, no future charges will be applied

Effect of Cancellation

  • If cancelled during trial → access continues until trial ends
  • If cancelled after payment → access continues until current billing cycle ends
  • No further charges after cancellation

3. Refund Policy

All payments are processed through secure payment partners (Google Play / App Store / payment gateways).

To request a refund, you can:

  • Include transaction details and reason

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

  • Unauthorized or accidental transactions
  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical issues preventing access
  • Billing errors

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank/provider

4. Free Trial

If a free or low-cost trial is offered:

  • You may cancel anytime during the trial period
  • If not cancelled → subscription starts automatically
  • Applicable subscription charges will apply

5. Account Deletion

To delete your account:

  • Cancel any active subscription first
  • Email us at support@zentatvatech.com
  • Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days
